Your Call is Booked!

IMPORTANT! Watch this Quick Message from Trish Schneider

I’m Trish, and I’m so excited to meet you soon!

I’m a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a doctorate in nursing, and I help high-functioning but burned-out women uncover the root causes of their symptoms — so they can finally feel like themselves again. My approach combines 25+ years of clinical mental health experience with functional medicine, nervous system work, and lab-based strategy to create results that last.

I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults navigating everything from anxiety and ADHD to hormone dysfunction, burnout, and emotional dysregulation. I care deeply about this work because I’ve lived it — both professionally and personally as a mom. I know what it’s like to chase answers, hit dead ends, and feel dismissed by the system.

When we work together, you can expect clear strategy, deep support, and zero judgment. Just real answers, real connection, and a plan that’s made for you — not a generic protocol. I can’t wait to hear your story and explore how we can help you feel better, for good.

Here’s How Our Conversation Will Flow

Woman multitasking at home, symbolizing high-functioning stress and emotional overload.

1. Get grounded in your current reality

We’ll start by talking through what brought you here — your symptoms, health history, and what’s been feeling off — so I can understand the full picture and where you’re hoping to go.

2. Explore what real healing could look like

I’ll walk you through the framework I use to help clients get to the root of their symptoms and finally feel like themselves again. Together, we’ll explore what your next best steps could look like — no pressure, just options.

3. Decide if we’re the right fit

If it’s clear I can help you and the program aligns with your goals, I’ll walk you through what working together would look like — and we’ll get you enrolled if it feels like a great fit.

How to Prepare for Our Call

This is your time — and I want you to feel fully supported and grounded going into our conversation.

Here’s how to prepare:

  • First, add the call to your calendar — so you don’t miss it (life is busy, I get it).

  • Set aside 60 distraction-free minutes — silence your phone, grab your headphones, close the door if you can. This time is about you.

  • Think about anything you’ve been struggling with, or questions you want to make sure we cover. No need to overthink it — just bring what’s real.

  • Have a notebook or notes app ready in case something clicks or you want to capture an aha moment.

  • Get cozy — make tea, light a candle, or just grab water so you feel grounded and present.

  • Take a few deep breaths before we start. This is a safe space — and you don’t have to perform, prove, or pretend.

  • Remind yourself: you’ve already taken the hardest step — asking for support. That alone matters more than you know.

And that's it! I'm absolutely counting down to our call!

You’ve already done something powerful by booking this conversation. You stopped pushing through and said, “It’s time for something different.”

I can’t wait to meet you, hear your story, and help you figure out your next best step toward real answers, real relief, and finally feeling like yourself again.

See you soon.
