Whole-Health Care for Women Who Know “Normal” Isn’t Enough
If you’re high-functioning, informed, and still not feeling like yourself — you’re not broken. You’re missing the right lens.
How I Help
I offer three distinct ways to work together — each designed for a different level of support, clarity, and commitment.
You don’t have to guess where to start. I’ll guide you.
Service #1: Free Discovery Call
Not sure what you need yet? Start here.
This complimentary 15-minute call is designed to help you:
Clarify what’s actually driving your symptoms
Understand which level of care makes sense for you
Decide next steps — without pressure
This is not medical treatment or a sales pitch. It’s a fit check.
Best for:
Women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin.
Service #2: Deep Dive Case Review ($500)
When you want answers — not reassurance.
This is a comprehensive, paid clinical-style review of:
Your symptoms
Your health history
Your labs (past or current)
Your nervous system patterns
You’ll walk away with:
Clear root-cause hypotheses
What matters vs. what doesn’t
A prioritized plan (not a protocol dump)
If you continue into my 1:1 program, your Deep Dive fee is credited in full.
Best for:
Women who’ve “tried everything” and want real clarity.
Service #3: 1:1 Whole-Health Program
This is where transformation happens.
This is long-term, personalized care designed to:
Regulate your nervous system
Decode labs and symptoms together
Build sustainable change — not cycles of burnout and fixing
This is not a course.
This is not quick advice.
This is clinical insight + real support.
Enrollment is limited and application-based.
Best for:
Women ready to stop managing symptoms and start rebuilding health.
Service #4: Psychiatric Care (Application Required)
For clients seeking psychiatric evaluation and medication management within scope and Rhode Island state regulations.
This path is separate and requires formal application and eligibility review.
Psychiatric Treatment Approach
My psychiatric services focus on thoughtful, evidence-based care that considers the whole person — symptoms, history, and lived experience — while remaining within medical and regulatory standards
*Psychiatric care is distinct from my whole-health consulting services.
While both are informed by a systems-based lens, they follow different structures, scopes, and regulations.
Modalities
Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation
Medication management (when clinically appropriate)
Trauma-informed care
Neurodiversity-affirming approach
Collaborative treatment planning
Lifestyle and behavioral considerations (within scope)
Fees & Insurance
Our self-pay practice ensures personalized, high-quality care without insurance constraints. I do not bill insurance directly. We provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance provider for partial out-of-network reimbursement (typically 50-80% coverage). As an out-of-network provider, we offer:
Extended Appointment Times: Longer sessions (60-90 minutes for initial evaluations, 45-60 minutes for follow-ups) for thorough, unrushed care.
Direct Access to Your Provider: Communicate directly with Patricia, eliminating administrative hassles.
Flexible Scheduling: Streamlined booking with availability tailored to your needs.
Holistic, Alternative Approaches: Integrative strategies customized to your family’s wellness goals.
Personalized Attention: Focused, one-on-one care free from insurance-driven limitations.
